Organisational design and workshops

Kadri Pirn

Sustainable business needs a sustainable team.

I help leaders and teams create clarity, have difficult conversations and design organisations that can adapt to change.

My work brings together organisational design, hands-on experience in large corporations and startups, unFIX, applied improvisation and facilitation with a point of view.

Where I can help

Workshops and conversations create the shared understanding people need to make better decisions together.

AI & collaboration

Build a shared language for how AI changes work, expectations, quality and collaboration. Explore people’s experiences and agree how to move forward.

Discuss your context

Organisational design

Explore structure, ownership, decisions and dependencies so your organisation can respond to change with less friction.

Leadership development

Facilitated workshops help leaders with different backgrounds understand each other’s strengths, expectations and ways of working.

unFIX training

unFIX is a pattern language for organisational design. It helps people discuss teams, ownership, decisions, value streams and dependencies, and find patterns that fit their context.

Why it matters

AI can speed up individual work. Shared goals and clear ways of working help that capability translate into value for customers. Organisational design helps us see where the structure supports people and where it creates friction.

About me

I enjoy creating spaces where unspoken stories can be shared and transparency helps people reconnect as a team. I have led mission-critical projects, worked with Pipedrive’s Mission/Launchpad approach and learned to value people’s actual needs across organisations.

“If it hurts, do it more often.”

If there is a conversation your team or organisation needs to have, let’s start there.
